A Summerville man has been charged with the theft of an Ipod.
 
On Wednesday, Crystal Regan, of a Fields Walk, Summerville, address, reported to the Chattooga County Sheriff's deputies her Ipod had been stolen. Crystal Regan said that at first she wasn't sure if she had misplaced the item or if it had been stolen. She said a few days after it came up missing, several people told her that 20-year-old Christopher Dalton Marks, who had been at her home two weeks earlier, was going door to door trying to sell an Ipod that matched the description of her Ipod. 
 
Marks, of a Field's Walk, Summerville, address, was already wanted by the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office for theft, according to the report. He was arrested for the outstanding warrant.  He additionally charged for misdemeanor theft by taking for the theft of the Ipod, valued at about $208.
