A Summerville man was charged with aggravated stalking and criminal trespass Wedneday after his involvment in a domestic incident.

 

According to the report, Lee Taylor Veatch, of a Farmersville Road address, is accused going to a Highway 114 address and approaching Amanda Veatch concerning the weekend visitation of a child.

 

According to the report, Lee Veatch was yelling  and cursing, then threatened to knock the car window out when Amanda Veatch raised the window. a five-year-old child reportedly was in the vehicle with the women. Lee Veatch allegedly smelled of alcohol, according to the report which also stated that Amanda Veatch did have an active Temporary Protective Order on file for Lee Veatch. 

 

Several witnesses collaborated Amanda Veatch's account of the incident, according to the report. Warrants were taken out on Lee Veatch, who was later arrested.
