A Summerville woman was treated at nearby hospital for injuries she received in a domestic incident Mach 29.
According to the report, the woman told Chattooga County Sheriff's Deputies she was laying cards with Lloyd Grasser, South Walnut St., Summerville, when he hit her in the face with his fist. The report indicated the woman's eye was swollen and she had a lot of blood on the front of her shirt.
Grasser told officers the woman hit him with a box containing a tatoo gun and chipped his tooth. He said the blood on his shirt, hands and pants was the woman's blood and got on him when he tried to stop her from hurting herself. He said, she told him she would hit herself in the face if he called police.
36-year-old Grasser was charged with Simple Battery/Family Violence Act.
