A Chattooga County man reported that a tenant he evicted from a Maple Street residence returned to the home causing damage.

 

According to the Chattooga County Sheriff's Department report, the man said the man was evicted around the first week of March. He reportedly returned and took two air conditioners. A neighbor told deputies she saw the man pull up to the home and go inside but she did not see him leave.

 

The incident has been turned over to investigators.
