Accepting Bids

 

Chattooga County Board of Education (BOE) will be accepting sealed bids for the following items:

 

Vehicles

 

  • 1986    Dodge Van
  • 1994    GMC PU
  • 1995    Chev PU
  • 1996    International 66 passenger
  • 2000    International 48 passenger
  • 2001    International Engine and Transmission 444E 117000 miles

Trailers

 

  • 3 Portable classroom trailers to be sold individually or as a whole

 

The vehicles can be viewed on April 26 between the hours of 11am and 3pm at the Chattooga County Bus Barn 203 Penn St Summerville Ga.  The trailers can be viewed on April 26 between the hours of 11am and 3pm at Lyerly Elementary School 150 Oakhill Rd Lyerly Ga.  Bid packets will be available at each location on this date.

 

All sealed bids must be mailed or delivered to the Chattooga County BOE 33 Middle School Rd. Summerville Ga. 30747 ATTN: John Worsham no later than 2pm on May 2nd 2013.  Bids are to include item description and proposed bid.  The Chattooga County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

 

Payments must be made to the Chattooga County BOE within 72 hours and items moved within 7 days of notification.  All items are sold as is with all sales being final.
