A Rome Teen has been accused of rape.

 

18-year-old Steven Francis Silva has been charged with Strongarm Rape following an incident that occurred last week. According to Floyd County Jail records, Silva forcibly had sex with a woman on Friday at a Floyd Springs Rd. residence. He was taken into Floyd County Police custody later that day.
