The annual Summerville-Trion Optimist Club Halloween Walk in downtown Summerville will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31.

Businesses, organizations and individuals will set up tables around town for youngsters to pick up candy or other treats. Tables need to be set up at 4:30 p.m.

More than 35 people and organizations have already said they would be giving out candy.
