Summerville's City Council will be meeting tomorrow. 

One point of discussion for the council involves the creation of a walking track at Fairway Recreation Center. The current estimate for the building of the track is approximately $10,000 over budget. The council will discuss alternate plans for constructing the track and will attempt to have the track completed before the weather turns colder.
