The Chattooga Indians suffered a heartbreaking loss last night by a score of 27-7 against Region contenders the Pepperell Dragons. The first half was very evenly matched with a 7-7 score at the break. But the Dragons showed their skill in the second half and drove the ball meticulously, earning another touchdown, but missed the extra point to make the score 13-7 in the third quarter. The Indians failed to regain ground on the ensuing drive. Pepperell capped off the third quarter with another touchdown bringing up the total 20-7. The Indians failed to bring back momentum in the fourth. Isaac Foster threw an interception that eventually led to the final touchdown for the Dragons that evening. The final score 27-7. 

The Trion Bulldogs played at home last night against the Pinecrest Paladins out of Cumming, Georgia. The Bulldogs had their first loss of the season with a final score of 21-14.
