Harbin Clinic, the largest physician-owned, multi-specialty healthcare group in Georgia, will begin a long-planned leadership transition in the fall of 2015. Dr. Kenneth F. Davis, president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board since 2002, will retire as CEO on September 30, 2015. He will remain president and chairman of the board. Kenna Stock, currently executive director for the clinic, will become CEO.

Dr. Davis joined the clinic in 1986 as a general surgeon, and practiced medicine at Harbin for 14 years. During that time he was elected chairman of the medical evaluations committee at Floyd Medical Center, and chief of surgery at Redmond Regional Medical Center. He also served on the board of the American College of Surgeons, and on the board for Harbin Clinic prior to becoming the clinic’s top executive.

Ms. Stock joined Harbin Clinic in 1999 as director of the business office, and served as chief operations officer from 2001-2013, when she was named executive director. Before she joined Harbin Clinic, Ms. Stock worked with Esse Health, a multi-specialty physician group in Missouri.
