A Floyd County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against a Summerville man charged with second degree arson.
According to previous reports, Tony Darrell Crabtree set fire to a transfer truck on May 3 on his cousin's property.
Crabtree was located about two miles north of the incident approximately two and a half hours after the incident.
When questioned about the fire, Crabtree told investigators he was walking to his residence from Cherokee Drive in Cedar Bluff, Alabama with another man. The man was also questioned, but stated he hadn’t see Crabtree in over a month.
Crabtree worked for the victim at one point and was fired several months before.
