Toby Lance Eden, 23 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week, after police said he attempted to pass a counterfeit check written for $1,394.82.

Reports said that he wrote a check on someone else’s account, back on June 12th at Regions Bank on Turner McCall Boulevard, however the check was a different type than those of the account holders.  Eden was charged with felony executing or negotiating counterfeit checks three probation violations and misdemeanor fourth-degree forgery.
