Angelique Kristen Phillips, age 22 of Rome, was arrested Thursday on Fortune Street, after police found two syringes, one filled with suspected liquid methamphetamine, along with a bag of marijuana

Phillips is charged with possession of methamphetamine, with possession of drug related objects and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
