A Floyd County Grand Jury has returned indictments against two men charged with child molestation in separate incidents.

A 48-year old Donald Ray Nation, of a Davis Street address in Lindale, was arrested in October and charged with two counts of child molestation.

The arrest reports allege he molested two children, both females under the age of 10.

The warrants state the incidents occurred between January of 2012 and November of 2014 at Davis’ residence.

Meanwhile, 65-year James Harold Studdard, of a Lady Marion Drive address, had allegedly coerced a child under the age of 10 to touch him in an inappropriate manner, according to arrest records.

The incident is said to have occurred back on September 13.
