Each week Chattooga County’s 4-H students award the Service with a Smile Award to someone in the community for outstanding community or customer service.

This week’s service with a smile winner is Paul from Wal-Mart!  Paul was nominated by several people within our community.   His personality is award winning and meets everyone with a cherry attitude and always a smiling face.    Paul we would like to thank you for your service to our community and our county.   Congratulations Paul Whigham, this week’s 4-H Service with a Smile Weekly Winner.
