Steven Dale Grisham, age 27 of Rome, was arrested Tuesday after police spotted him spray-painting a Jeep. Reports stated not only did police spot Grisham vandalizing the vehicle but also attempting to steal the hubcaps.

The incident allegedly occurred on Spring Creek Street.

Grisham is charged with criminal damage to property and entering an automobile.
