A man arrested in December of last year has been indicted by a Floyd County grand jury. 

According to court records and previous reports, 34-year-old Ramos Vasquez-Wagner touched a minor under the age of 16 inappropriately. He is charged with sexual battery. 

Also indicted was a Cave Spring Road man who pointed a knife at another man last September. 

According to previous reports, Dustin Eaves said, "i ain't scared while holding the knife."

He was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault.
