A Rome couple was jailed on Saturday night on a robbery by intimidation charge after they allegedly refused to pay for a pizza.

According to Floyd County Jail reports, 27-year-old Anthony Jerome Garrett and 33-year-old Anquince Deca Carey of a North Division Street residence intimidated the victim into providing the three pizzas, valued at $19.59.

The incident happened in front of three children, the report said.

Police also found synthetic marijuana in the couple's possession, according to the report.
