A Rome woman remained in jail Monday without bond after being accused of having meth.

According to Floyd County Jail reports, 28 year old Christina Katherine Yates, of a Walnut Avenue address, was arrested at 1:22am Monday at 1805 Martha Berry Highway, after area law enforcement officials found methamphetamine in her purse.

Consequently, Yates was charged with felony count of Possession of Methamphetamine.
