A Royale, Georgia man was back in Floyd County recently after being jailed for having a cell phone at the Floyd County Prison.

Reports state that Altevian Devon Ashmore, age 24, was transferred from Hays State Prison for having a cellphone on April 8, 2013 while he was an inmate at the prison.

Ashmore is charged with felony having items prohibited for possession by inmates.
