Two people were injured in two car crash on Highway 9 just north of Cedar Bluff in front of the Country Store on Saturday afternoon.

The mishap involved a Dodge mini-van and a Dodge Ram pickup truck, the driver of the van received only minor injuries, and was transported to a Floyd County hospital by Cherokee EMS ground units while the driver of the pickup truck was uninjured.
