Robert Eugene Smith II, 39, is the Walker County Sheriff’s Department’s “Most Wanted.”

Smith is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches and 175 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He is wanted due to probation violation for failure to appear. He was originally charged with two counts of aggravated assault and simple battery under the Family Violence Act.
