A Chattooga County man was hurt in a wreck Wednesday afternoon, involving a motorcycle and a county-owned vehicle, in neighboring Floyd County.
According to police, the 2001 Crown Vic being driven by Scott Weaver from Armuchee, was turning left off Highway 156, onto Highway 27 North, when it pulled into the path of a 2005 Honda motorcycle, that was traveling northbound.
That motorcyclist, identified as Dustin Craig, from Summerville, was taken to Floyd Medical Center suffering visible injuries.
The wreck occurred at around 1:00 that afternoon.
No citations have been issued at this time.
