25 years in prison, followed by lifetime probation.
That was the sentence for 28 year old Juston Silmon – after being found guilty by a jury on a charge of rape earlier this month.
Assistant District Attorney Randall Schonder said Silmon told people what he was going to do before he did it and that his wife was in the residence when he attacked the woman and raped her in her sleep.
Georgia law requires Silmon to serve at least 90% of his 25 year sentence.
