A lookout has now been placed on a tractor trailer reportedly involved in a serious accident in Bartow County early Thursday morning.

Emergency crews were dispatched to a two-vehicle wreck on Highway 41 at Cassville Road, where a 32 year old male had to be extricated from his vehicle then flown to Grady Hospital for treatment; the man was reportedly suffering head trauma and extensive lacerations.

Surrounding agencies are urged to be on the lookout for a tractor trailer that has a dark cab and a white trailer with red paint marks along the passenger side of the trailer; the driver is accused of being involved in the wreck, then fleeing the scene.
