Several Chattooga County residents were picked up on various charges by Walker County, Georgia law enforcement last week.

According to docket records from the Walker County Sheriff’s Department:

Clarence Dale Donoghue, age fifty-seven of Dale Trail, in Menlo was charged with  improper lane change/failure to maintain lane, hit and run; duty of driver to stop or return to scene of accident

James Gregory Hewitt, age thirty-four of Williams Cemetery Road, Trion, was charged with contempt of court

Jeffrey Donald Wingfield, age twenty-six of Rossville Boulevard, Summerville, was charged with  felony probation violation

Jimmy Lee Fleetwood, 53, Red Leaf Lane, Summerville, was on hold for other agency.

All four suspects were arrested in separate incidents on Wednesday of last week.
