The Town of Trion will host their annual Memorial Day ceremony coming up on Saturday at 1 PM at the Trion Veterans Memorial Park.

Chattooga County Probate Judge Jon Payne will serve as master of ceremonies for the event, as he has done for many years.  The program will feature a presentation of the colors by the Greater Rome Young Marines and Pippa Key will sing the National Anthem.

Trion Councilman Don Harris will read the names of memorialized veterans at the event.  The keynote address will be by Captain Don Ballard – United States Navy Retired.

The Town of Trion invites everyone to the ceremony to remember those who have given their lives for our freedoms.
