A 32-year old Trion woman is lodged in the Floyd County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, crossing the guard line with drugs and misdemeanor obstruction of officers.

Kimberly Nicole Weathers allegedly resisted staff while being searched at the jail and admitted to placing meth in a trash can located inside the booking area.

Weathers is also being held for Chattooga County authorities on unspecified charges, according to jail records.
