As the football season starts drawing to a close, the Chattooga Indians will have their last region/conference game tonight at Pepperell High School in Lindale. Trion finished up its region games last week with a strong win against Bowdon; the Bulldogs will be hosting their play-in this evening.

Hear Bulldogs Coach Justin Brown tell how his team prepared for tonight:

Indians Coach Charles Hammon says that there is a lot riding on tonight’s game against Pepperell:

Last Friday, the Bulldogs were hosting the Bowdon Red Devils at Sam McCain stadium. Even though the Red Devils may have scored the first touchdown, the Bulldogs definitely had the last laugh. Trion scored 14 points in the first quarter and 7 in every subsequent quarter. Bowdon only scored 7 in the first quarter and 6 in the third. That game finished up 35-13

Chattooga had even less resistance from the Dade County Wolverines, and kept the Wolverines from scoring the first point on their home turf all night. After the Indians 27 points in the first quarter and 14 in the second quarter on Dade Conty’s football field, the clock was let run in the second half. The final score was 41-0.
