According to the most recent records from the Summerville Police Department, a 4th Street home was burglarized Thursday during the middle of the day.

According to victim/complainant Jessica Dinning, her home was entered into by an unknown subject some time between 10 AM and 5 PM.

The back door of the residence was found ajar, and police reports state that the house had clearly been thoroughly pilfered through.

Dinning informed the responding city police officer of the following stolen items:

• A red toolbox containing several tools;
• Two wall clocks;
• A television;
• Two jewelry boxes containing multiple pieces;
• A Galaxy S7 phone;
• A security system, including its video camera and DVD recorder;
• and other miscellaneous household items.

Responding police took photo evidence of the scene and submitted it to the SPD’s detective, who is currently working the case.
