A thirty-eight-year-old LaFayette man is going to drug rehab after being ordered to do so by a Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Superior Court Judge.

Douglas Steven Turner ran from Chattooga County deputies back in April of this year.  Turner was wanted in that hit and run crash on West Armuchee Road near Subligna.  Turner was then arrested by Walker County authorities on charges of theft by taking and possession of drugs.

Superior Court Judge Don Thompson sentenced Turner to a rehab facility last week.
