Chattooga County Schools will hold Kindergarten registration for the 2020-2021 school year on March 13th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Chattooga Enrollment Center, located at 286 Maple Dr., Summerville, GA 30747.  You can find all the information you need below:

Child must turn 5 before Sept. 1st

• Proof of residence (Utility bill, Rent/lease agreement, Notarized Residence Affidavit)
• Driver’s License or picture ID of parent/guardian that is enrolling the child.
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Immunization (3231)
• New Eye, Ear, Dental Form (3300)
• Custody papers when applicable
