The Chattooga County Farm Bureau has announce the winners of the Chattooga County Farm Bureau Art and Essay contest.

This year’s contest tasked middle school students to write an essay on the ‘relationship between natural resources and farmers’ while high school students were tasked to provide an artistic impression of ‘agriculture in our county’.

First place winners were awarded $75, second place winners $50, and third place winners $25.

Chattooga County Farm Bureau stated, “Georgia Farm Bureau is a proud sponsor and supporter of the arts and agriculture. Our community is blessed with many uniquely talented and gifted young people and we are so grateful for all of the contest submissions we receive each year. Thank you to everyone who participated and, again, congratulations to this year’s winners!”
