A Back Penn Road couple reported the theft of two packages earlier this week.

According to a report from the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, James and Cynthia Weevie say that they had ordered two items off Ebay and had them shipped to their residence.  Tracking information showed that the U.S. Postal Service had delivered the packages on Monday a 12:06 PM, but when the couple checked their mailbox around 3:30 that afternoon, the packages were not there.

The incident has been turned over to an investigator.
