Chattooga County has seen a rapid increase in coronavirus cases over the past few days. The increase is likely due to increased testing, but as of 3 PM on Thursday, the county has registered 46 confirmed cases with 2 deaths and 3 hospitalizations.
Meanwhile, the Georgia Department of Public Health is now reporting 4 deaths in Walker County, due to COVID-19. A total of 253 cases have been confirmed.

A server at a local restaurant, had a family member at her house for 5 days. It turns out that, that family member just tested positive for covid-19 and several other ppl who live with that person. The restaurant still has the server on the schedule, and told her to just wear her mask, it will be ok. This is why we can’t stop the spread of the virus. Ppl are more concerned with money, then the health of ppl.
