A forty-five-year-old Summerville woman who has been incarcerated at the Floyd County Jail since May has been charged after she allegedly broke a phone inside the jail.
On Monday, Floyd County authorities filed additional charges against Beth Raylene Neighbors after they say she damaged a phone in the W2 block of the Floyd County Jail.
Neighbors was arrested back in May when reports say she continually contacted a person though Facebook messenger and made them feel threatened. Reports added that the victim stated that they felt as though Neighbors was watching them.
The new charges brought against Neighbors include interference with government property and criminal trespass.
