Chattooga County Young Farmers still have tickets available for their “whole hog raffle”.  The tickets are only $5 each and the winner will get a whole hog, complete with processing.  The hog raffle will be held in conjunction with the Chattooga County FFA – 4-H  Pig Show next month.

Students received their pigs in July and have raised them for auction.  Normally, the first pig-show preview is held during the Chattooga County Agricultural Fair, but the show had to be held separately this year due to COVID-19 cancelling the Fair.

The Pig Show and Whole Hog Raffle will be held on Monday, November 9th.

Tickets for the raffle are available from Young Farmer Members, or you can purchase them at Pine Ridge Outdoor Supply in Lyerly or The Ruby Slipper in Summerville.
