A Frank Street, Summerville resident called police on Friday of last week to report a damage to property.  When the responding officer arrived and spoke with the complainant, the man said he had a pool table and a hot water heater sitting in his back yard that had been damaged.  The complainant said that the items were damaged by a piece of machinery being used to demolish a house next door.  The complainant was advised that the issue was a civil matter and referred him to magistrate court.
