Chattooga County School Superintendent Jared Hosmer issued a statement on Tuesday, asking parents to communicate with school officials about student’s health during the next two weeks of virtual learning.

Hosmer said:

Please continue to communicate with your home school over these next two weeks.  Please let your home school know if someone in your household is awaiting test results or has tested positive. We need this information so we can continue to monitor active cases.  You may also email Jeff Martin at Jmartin@chattooga.k12.ga.us or Anna Elrod at Aelrod@chattooga.k12.ga.us with any questions or concerns. Thank for your cooperation in this matter.
