UPDATE: Walmart has reopened. Sheriff Mark Schrader says the incident is still under investigation. Schrader added, “Special thanks to Floyd County Police Department and bomb squad, Summerville Fire Dept, GDC Fire, Summerville and Trion Police Dept. and the GBI.”

Currently no one is allowed into the Summerville/Trion Walmart due to a bomb threat.Chattooga County Sheriff Mark Schrader says his office is investigating a bomb threat at Wal-Mart in Trion. All customers and employees have been evacuated. More details will be released when available.
