Trion High School Wrestling team has punched their ticket to State on Saturday  with an 84-0 win.

Per the Trion Wrestling Facebook page:

Our boys punched their ticket to the GHSA Class A State Dual Championships! They defeated Athens Christian 84-0 to earn the right to defend their State Championship Title. The States 8 best Class A teams will be at Trion High School next Saturday to battle it out for the title. The teams looking to claim the GHSA Class A Dual State Title will be Trion-Commerce-Mt. Pisgah-Social Circle-Irwin Co.-Landmark Christian-Screven Co.-St. Anne Pacelli. This looks to be a great tournament with some talented wrestlers.
