Several Teloga residents are upset about the possibility of a home being built for a Drug Rehabilitation Program, ran by Pilgrim Ministries coming to the area.

Pilgrim Ministries has purchased land in the Teloga Community to build the facility.

Sheriff Mark Schrader spoke with WZQZ News on Thursday and said that he had talked with Andy Pilgrim of Pilgrim Ministries about the proposed site in the Teloga Community.  The sheriff said that Mr. Pilgrim told him that the organization had planned to do a door-to-door outreach in the Teloga area to let residents know what to expect from the new men’s home.
After hearing about the proposed community meeting, Pilgrim told the sheriff that since the community had organized a meeting, he would be attending the meeting to answer any questions from the public.
The meeting will be held tonight at 6 PM at the Teloga Fire Hall.
