Officers were called out on Monday about a property damage in the Trion area.

The female victim who called in the compliant stated that Fabian Suttles had arrived at her apartment on Orchard Rd, to retrieve his belongings that had been left on the porch. Suttles had arrived in a loud and  boisterous manner and after a brief argument had punched a window at the residence.

Officers, who were familiar with Suttles located him in Trion and pulled him over. Suttles then called the victim and after a discussion, the victim decided not to press charges at this time. Suttles paid a requested $200 to repair the broken window via Cash App.

The victim was advised of magistrate court and Suttles was given a trespass warning.
