A North Carolina man was arrested on Tuesday after Deputies spotted him driving on the wrong side of the road.

On March 9th, while on patrol, a Chattooga County Sheriff Deputy noticed a car driving on the wrong side of the road. After activating his lights, the Deputy stopped the car on Highway 27 near Oak Hill Baptist Church Road.

The driver, Marvin Espana explained that he was just tired as the reason for driving on the wrong side of the road. After discovering that his licenses was also expired, the Deputy arrested Marvin Espana for driving on the wrong side of the road and driving with an expired license.
