A Trion man was arrested last week in neighboring Gordon County after officers found him inebriated in public.  According to arrest records from the Gordon County Jail, twenty-nine-year-old Gregory Laselle Shropshire II of Chandler Road in Trion was arrested by Calhoun City Police and charged with obstruction of law enforcement officials and public drunkenness.  Shropshire was booked into the Gordon County Jail, according to jail reports.
