An accident between a cow and a car resulted in car damage and a deceased cow last weekend.
Chattooga County Sheriff Deputies responded to a call regarding a vehicle versus a cow on Gore Subligna Road last Friday.

Matthew Tapp told Deputies that he was traveling along John Jones Road when he encountered a cow standing in the road. He was unable to miss the bovine and struck it. Deputies observed damage to his Dodge Challenger and it was towed from the scene. The cow was later found deceased on John Jones Road.

A report was placed on file for insurance purposes.
