Floyd County Police say that forty-nine-year-old Kennon Franklin Jackson was driving on Martha Berry Boulevard late Saturday night when officers discovered him in possession of a stolen vehicle.  Police also said that Jackson had a drug-related object with cocaine residue.

Jackson was booked into the Floyd County Jail on felony charges of theft by receiving stolen property and possession of cocaine. He is also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug related objects.
