A Summerville reported last week that his identity has been used by someone else to file taxes.

According to the Summerville Police reports, Mr. Billie Hill reported that he was informed that his identity is being used to file taxes. Hill states that during a disability hearing, he was questioned about filing taxes. According to Hill he has not worked in some time and will be contacting the IRS regarding the matter.
