An improperly illuminated tag, led to the reveal of suspended license of the driver, which lead to his arrest.

On Saturday, June 5th, Chattooga County Sheriff Deputies on patrol noticed an older model Ford Ranger with the improper tag illumination and a quick check revealed that the tag was suspended and there was no active registration on the truck.

Performing a traffic stop, Deputies spoke with the driver, identified as Matthew Beech, where it was also discovered that his license was also suspended. Deputies placed Beech under arrest for a suspended license, suspended tag, and no valid insurance. The truck was towed by LuAllens and Beech was transported to the Chattooga County Jail without further incident.
