Georgia will soon reinstate many of the eligibility requirements for unemployment benefits which had been waived during the pandemic.

The last payable week for Federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance is the week ending June 26th.    Pandemic-related eligibility rules previously suspended, require that claimants be able to work, available to work, and actively seeking work. These requirements will again become mandatory for claims on June 27th.
